Sales Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help us drive our growth, manage sales operations and identify new opportunities for our business. To excel in this role you should be a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven individual with great organizational and communication skills. This role will be interacting directly with the Director of Sales on a daily basis.
This is a contract role providing coverage while our Sales Operations Manager is on maternity leave. The initial contract is expected to last 3–5 months. Weekly hours will vary depending on lead flow and sales activity. There may be potential to extend or evolve the role based on company needs and performance.
This is a remote position. All applicants must be available to work between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST (more overlap with 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST is even better, if possible!).
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Supporting the sales team in meeting their goals
- Managing and keeping track of KPIs and metrics
- Tracking performance and sales metrics within a CRM (Pipedrive), and managing our CRM and supporting systems
- Managing workflow automation
- Identifying qualified leads from digital campaigns, conferences, referrals, and tradeshows, and cold calling/setting up meetings with qualified prospects
- Ensuring all sales prospects are properly nurtured
- Maintaining a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure work is completed on time

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Experience with working in CRMs, preferably Pipedrive
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experienced in workflow automation management
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy
